What the work is actually like

## Four things shape every role here

01

### Outdoor sites, not datacentres

Cameras on masts, perimeter fences, mud and weather. What you ship gets installed somewhere with nobody around.

### The device is not on your desk

Once an edge box is in a cabinet in a field, every fix has to land remotely, and land first time.

03

### Bandwidth is a budget

Some links are thin and metered. Where connectivity calls for it, an on-site gateway processes video locally.

04

### A missed event is the failure

Green dashboards are easy. Catching the one intrusion at 03:00 is the bar the whole system is judged on.
